Recalling an Automatic Purchase Order Batch

Use this option to recall an automatic purchase order batch that has been saved but not yet printed.

1. Select INVENTORY | AUTOMATIC PURCHASE ORDERS.

Micronet displays the Automatic Purchase Order screen.

2. Select FILE | FIND.

Micronet displays a selection screen with a list of saved automatic purchase order batches.

3. Double-click on the saved batch you want to load, or select a batch and press the Enter key.

4. Micronet 2.7 only

Select whether you want to use the Automatic Purchase Order Header which is compatible with Micronet version 2.6 or version 2.7.

5. Continue processing the automatic purchase order batch by completing the steps required in the "Automatic Purchase Orders Overview".
